What is CBT ?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a structured and evidence-based psychological approach that helps individuals identify and modify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. It’s founded on the idea that our thoughts, emotions, and actions are interconnected. CBT aims to empower individuals to recognise negative thought patterns, challenge them, and replace them with more constructive ones. By doing so, it can effectively treat a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and phobias, by addressing the root cognitive and behavioural factors contributing to these problems.

What is EFT ?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a therapeutic method that combines elements of acupuncture and psychology. It involves tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on emotional issues or negative thoughts. This process is believed to balance the body’s energy system and alleviate emotional distress. EFT is often used to address anxiety, trauma, phobias, and stress. It’s thought to help individuals release emotional blockages and promote emotional healing, leading to improved mental well-being and reduced emotional turmoil.
