If you are struggling with yourself, loneliness, relationships, feeling anxious or down, it can be difficult. I am very experienced & can help connect with what you are feeling, using strategies which can help in your own home or online. I’m currently either working from home-very experienced in working remotely, either by phone, or video calls, or I can visit your home if it is within 20 minutes travel from FY4.

I work with those who have special educational needs, and/or disabilities, as well as their parents, families and carers. I have been qualified for over 10 years and supported those who are young, in between, and older, who have experienced many difficulties in their lives from feeling low or depressed, anxious, lonely, difficulties with motivation, self-esteem and working with their self-worth.
I have worked from nursery to high schools to universities supporting and understanding the difficulties in the world of Special Educational Needs Disability (SEND) through the eyes of children, young people, parents/carers and their families for over 15 years. I volunteered for Blackpool Carers Centre for over 3 years successfully as a therapist with carers who are struggling to care but also have past and present life issues. I also worked with parents/carers who have children and young people with SEND, supporting them to understand and guide through the laws and their rights around the education system. I am very experienced at working with students 18+ who have long or short-term mental health conditions, with and without disabilities who are struggling with various aspects of college and university life. I have completed a Level 3 Certificate in Understanding Autism amongst many other courses around disability. I am a great communicator with both adults and young people, including those with severe and complex special educational needs, I am skilled at using alternative communication methods and working with translators.
